The hotel is located in the center of Gangnam area. Access from both the international and domestic airports can be made quite easily with the usage of the Airport limousine bus.

The character Rooms, a fairy-tale world, are approximately 32 square meters, and are specially created for two adult with two young children's family. The rooms are has been designed under the theme of Lotty and Lorry, the lovable mascots of Lotte World Adventure. The bed, sofa, and even bathroom are done in bright and modern color palette and decorated with character amenities. Convenience facilities and services are geared towards the children. A night with the family in the Character Room will create warm and loving memories! The guest rooms and Bathrooms are in excellent condition.

The hotel is very large as it also hosts an amusement park. The building is modern in style. There will be a friendly smiling door person waiting to assist clients enter the hotel.
