The property is 100meters distance from the Bulgwang subway station (line 3, 6 /Exit 3), and approximately 10km north western from the center of the city, around 1 hour from the Incheon International Airport & 45 minutes from Gimpo International Airport. Can be easily access to the city center by the two subway lines (for city center (Dongdaemun Market and Myeongdong shopping district) by Line 3, for Itaewon by Line 6), and also a department store, a shopping mall, and movie theater are nearby.

The standard Double room is on 2nd or 3rd floors, approximately 23 square meters, and features one queen size double bed with very standard amenities. All of the room offers free internet access with one or two personal computers, a refrigerator with free mineral water, Hot & Cold water purifier, and T.V, and there is some clothes hanger instead of the closet, and all room has en suite bathroom with bathtub, and are in good condition. The Twin room provides two single beds.
