The hotel is conveniently located in the Shinchon area, which is around 5 Km way from the city hall and famous for the university town, dinning and shopping district, 1 minute walking distance from Sincheon subway station (Line No. 2, Exit 7). In addition, there are a number of universities are nearby such as Yonsei Univ., Hongik Univ., Sogang Univ. and Ewha Women's University.
