The hotel is centrally located in Seoul's corporate and governmental business district. It has easy access to major tourist attractions.

The room has no window as it is inside of the building, so the wall of the room is decorated with glasses, pictures, or mirror instead of the window. It is approximately 20 square meters and features one double bed (140cm*200cm) with safe, hair-dryer, tea pot, and high-speed internet cable. 40% of the room has bidet, most of the rooms has bathtub but some of the room has shower facilities instead of bathtub, and all the bedroom and bathroom are in good condition..
