This property is located about 3 km from Fira town (in the direction of Kamari), in the village of Messaria, among orchards and vineyards. Messaria preserves a considerable number of neoclassical buildings, harmoniously combining the magic of Santorini with the appeal of the 19th century. Nearby are the airport at 1 km, the port of Athinios at 3km and the beach lies at a distance of 3 km also. There is also a bus stop (for the local bus service) and tavernas near the hotel.

Rooms are medium in size, simply decorated and kept clean. All have bathrooms with a bathtub, telephone, music, balcony,refrigerator, air-conditioning and TV
restaurant
The restaurant is simply decorated in traditional style. A buffet breakfast can be purchased in the morning. Greek specialities are offered together with international dishes in the evening. There is also a snack bar by the pool.

Although not located in the centre of Fira town, this hotel is fairly close and offers great value budget accommodation. The hotel also benefits from having its own pool unlike most of the properties in central Fira.
