The hotels Traube and Aumueller are located very centrally on the main road in Ruedesheim, a five-minute-walk from the train station and just 2 minutes from the famous "Drosselgasse".
rooms
The rooms are furnished in a mixture of rustic and more modern design. Though varying considerably in size they are small on average, and in good condition, as are the bathrooms.
restaurant
The hotel offers a selection of three restaurants, all of which are decorated in rustic style using a lot of exposed woodwork.
exterior
The two buildings are next door to each other and interconnected. Their facades are of traditional design.
lobby
The two buildings have seperate reception areas and both lobbies are small and in mainly traditional style, though some of the fittings look rather dated.
general
The hotel is recommended for its "cafe" inside and outside where German coffee and cake is served. Lh06/08
