The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the city centre operating during the day, for service outside of these hours the request should be made to the hotel reception. This hotel has been wonderfully transformed and is an excellent choice for travellers visiting this fascinating city. SE0908

The hotel has a large lobby with a restaurant and bar adjoining it.

The hotel is five storey concrete and glass building with a brand new wing added in 2004.
restaurant
The hotel has a restaurant serving international cuisine, and a small cocktail bar adjacent. In the evenings there is an opportunity to enjoy the Maori concert and Hangi feast that is a trademark of the city.
rooms
The hotel has benefitted from a renovation in 2004 with an additional wing added and existing rooms transformed. Most rooms have twin queen size beds, with all usual facilities such as mini bar, hairdryer and iron/ ironing board. Bathrooms vary in size, but all have shower over bath. Rooms also include bathrobes.
location
Overlooking the legendary Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve and historic village, the hotel offers an ideal base for a visit to Rotorua, the thermal wonderland.
