Located at one end of the main street running through Rotorua - Fenton Street. The accomodation is very close to the world famous Te Puia NZ Maori arts and craft institute (formerly known as Whakarewarewa). Its also only one block to the Rotorua golf course. A 5 minute drive to the city centre.

Many of the rooms sleep up to five people and are split level studio type rooms. Simply furnished using light colours.

The restaurant is located on the adjoining property The Quality Heritage resort. The restaurant is called the Scotch Poacher.
