The lobby area is large in size and elegant in its decor. The reception desk in front of the entrance is made of light-coloured wood. There are plenty floral arrangements, which gives the whole area a smart and welcoming look. At the left side of the entrance there is a pleasant sitting area with comfortable easy-chairs that leads to the Americana bar.

The hotel has two restaurants: The Majorca restaurant, for the breakfast only, and La Sughereta offering international and national cuisine.
