locationSituated four blocks from Copacabana beach in a shopping/ residential area. It is a good location for all types of travellers as it is just under a ten minute walk to the beach and to the main area of bars and entertainments. Local public transport can also be taken from almost directly outside the hotel.
roomsAll the rooms are medium in size and in very good condition. The bathrooms are also in good condition. All have modern white wood furnishings and paintings for decor. Some rooms have parquet flooring and others are carpeted.
restaurantSituated on the ground floor and colourfully decorated with a mixture of yellows, reds and blues. Serves international cuisine.
exteriorA modern high-rise tower block.
lobbyThe lobby is medium in size and modern in decor. The reception desk is to the right of the entrance and there is a lounge area to the entrance's left. It also incorporates a jewellery boutique.
generalLike many Rio hotels the hotel has a rooftop pool with a sundeck area on both sides so clients can take advantage of both the morning and afternoon sun. From the rooftop there are also excellent views over the Rio skyline and the surrounding hills. (08/06 RC)
