Ideon is close to the Old Town of Rethymno, on a very popular stretch of seafront near the port area, close to trendy restaurants and cafeterias.
rooms
The standard rooms are of medium size and exceptional quality, some of them with wonderful views of the Cretan sea, some other with a pool and tranquil garden view. They have all modern amenities as Air conditioning and safe.
restaurant
The main restaurant serves breakfast and also a variety of local and Mediterranean meal options served with a fantastic selection of wine and spirits. A glass panels open to the pool area surrounded by greenery.
exterior
The hotel is a 5 storey very nicely coloured in ochre and burnt sienna. There is an old Venetian mansion style annex across the pool where the suites are located, renovated to a very high standard.
lobby
The lobby is quite large and combines the reception and lounge area with a few steps leading up to the restaurant, bar and further to the pool.
general
This is an excellent choice for all types of guest and a perfect combination of location, quality and good services.(08/08 EP)
