Great option for families or groups of friends. Its location and its value for money make it a great option for the budget traveller. The hotel has a swimming pool for the hot days in the Marrakech summer. ( AK 06/10)

The aparthotel has its own restaurant in the ground floor offering a simple menu with both international and local dishes.

The units are all of good size. Even when they have a simple decoration, the units are all in perfect condition and extremely clean. All units are composed by one room and one living room but there is also the units with two rooms and one living room offering accommodation up to four people. All units have satellite television & individual air condition. The bathrooms are in perfect condition too and most of them are showers.
location
Well located in the edge of Gueliz neirgborhood with easy access to the old part of the city called La Medina where the famous souks or the famous square with its food stalls are. Its privileged location in a calm street off one of the main avenues of Marrakech gives easy access to the new Marrakech too. The aiport is only 20 minutes away by car.
