The hotels is located only 5 kilometers away from the city center, by the seaside, opposite the mountain.

The rooms are medium sized, most with balcony. Rooms are decorated mostly in blue color scheme, the furniture is a bit dated but in very good condition. All rooms have central air conditioning, mini bar, television, hair dryer and private facility.
restaurant
The main restaurant serves an open buffet style dinner offering local specialities. There is also a terrace restaurant and bar, as well as a roof bar.
exterior
This is a modern bloc with a beautiful garden in front of the hotel.
lobby
This is large with marble floor, and the lobby bar adjacent to it.
general
This is an ideal property for those wishing to explore Rize. If people like fishing there is an area in front of the hotel where guests can enjoy their hobby. (02/08 SB)
