The hotel is well located in the South of Pescara facing the sea and very close to the touristic seaport and to the shopping area. It is also well connected, about 4km from the airport and 2 km from the train station.

All rooms are medium in size, with modern furniture and neutral decor. Facilities are direct dial phone and TV. All rooms have balconies. Bathrooms are in good conditions.

Restaurant is on the ground floor, it is a large area, modern in style and can host up to 300 people. It serves local and Italian cuisine.
