Situated in the heart of the historic City of Perth, the Gateway to the Highlands. Less than 1 hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow, is a perfect hotel for travellers trying to get away from the hustle of the city centre.

All 84 bedrooms with private bathroom. All have colour television, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray and central heating. Rooms are decorated in pastel colours and are in a good condition. Generally rooms are of a medium size but due to the nature of the hotel, they vary in size.

Our Adam Restaurant offers a choice from our carving table, featuring prime Scottish food and is complimented by an a la carte menu and our extensive wine list.
