The hotel is located on the hills of the Psalidi coast, 100m from the beach and 6 km south of the town of Kos.

The rooms are medium in size. All the 112 modern rooms have bathroom, air-conditioning, telephone and radio. All rooms have a balcony or a veranda with either sea view or hillside view. (Air conditioning is running only in the months of July and August from 1400 hrs in the afternoon until the morning)
restaurant
The restaurant serves a rich buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The semi-open-air bar, beside the pool, serves snacks, sweets and refreshments during the day.

This is a large white washed complex.
lobby
The lobby lounge is large and it has a spacious bar area. Both are surrounded by beautiful gardens and offer a few comfortable seating areas.
general
The hotel provides a peaceful and relaxing setting with excellent service in close proximity to Kos town. Several times a week the hotel organizes entertainment programmes. (EP09/07).
