The hotel is located in a charming , secluded location near the centre of Palermo , directly overlooking the Mediterranean see and close to the famous beach of Mondello .

There is a long and fairly narrow carpeted corridor, which leads through to other areas of the hotel in 3 directions. The atmosphere is elegant and majestic .

The building is an antique beautiful Liberty style Villa located in a panoramic location .

This is divided between an indoor section and the other half which leads out onto the terrace overlooking the harbour. From here, guests can walk through well-planned hotel grounds to the waterfront and the outdoor pool.
