locationThe St. Regis Resort, Bora Bora can be accessed only by boat or helicopter. Regularly scheduled boat service is provided between the resort on Motu Ome?e and Bora Bora Airport (BOB), also referred to as Motu Mute Airport and is about 9.6kms/6 miles. Additionally, the resort features an on-site private helicopter landing pad if guests wish to use it. There is a greeting desk at the airport to arrange transportation to the hotel. Bora Bora is connected to Tahiti and the rest of French Polynesia by plane. The airline carrier Air Tahiti operates daily interisland flights between Papeete and Bora Bora. The flight time is approximately 50 minutes. For security reasons, Air Tahiti does not operate nighttime flights, so you may be required to stay overnight in Papeete, depending on your intercontinental flight schedule.
