The hotel is located in the northwest of the city, nearly to the Beijing University and surrounded by many famous universities and research institutes. It is in the business district -Zhongguancun High-tech Garden (China Silicon Valley). Subway station is within walking distance.

The guest rooms are large in size and kept in good condition. All of them are equipped with modern facilities in warm colour. The bathrooms are well-appointed, with both shower and bath tub.
