The hotel is located in the quiet northern part of Pattaya close to bus station, approximately 900 metres from the beach and 120 kilometres from Bangkok International Airport. Supermarket Shopping Mall and a variety of shops are nearby and within walking distance.

Most of the rooms are on ground level with private terrace or balcony. Newly renovated deluxe rooms are on ground floor. Air-conditioning, safety box, IDD phone, coffee maker, flat screen TV with 50 channels, working desk, free WIFI, rainshower, hairdryer, safe, non-smoking rooms, outside terrace. Breakfast included Bathrooms are large and very clean.

The hotel's two restaurants serve international and Thai cuisine. The hotel's pub is a very popular spot in Pattaya amongst the Thai as well as the foreign community. There is also a country and western style rRestaurant with daily live music, offering international and Thai food.

This is an apartment style in a low rise building constructed in white concrete and beautifully surrounded by landscaped garden.
