locationThe hotel is located in the famous "Butte aux Cailles" district which resembles a little village within Paris with its narrow cobblestone streets. The hotel area is peaceful and within close walking distance to the more lively Place d'Italie where there are many restaurants, bars and cinemas. There are good connections to all major sites in Paris via busses and the Metro.
roomsThe rooms are medium in size and very comfortable. They are well-maintained and tastefully decorated in neutral earth tones with modern furniture. Each is equipped with Cable TV, direct dial phone with auto wake and modem/data port connection. The bathrooms are also in good condition.
restaurantThe spacious breakfast room is bright and modern and is located on the ground floor, on the other side of the patio. weather permitting, guest can enjoy their breakfast in the courtyard.
exteriorThis is a traditional five storey building.
lobbyThe medium sized lobby has been entirely renovated in summer 2005 with marble floor, a wooden panelled reception desk on the right of the entrance and a spacious and comfortable seating area to the left. Towards the back of the lobby, the clients can enjoy a bright and airy conservatory with plants, tables and chairs as well as the bar. All has been tastefully decorated in neutral colours and contemporary furniture.
