On the seafront in the centre of the Paihia township. A two minute walk to the shops, cafe's and activity booking outlets. All rooms have sea views.
rooms
The complex was built in 2006. The two bedroom suites are spacious and very well equipped with the latest modern furnishings and kitchen equipment. The kitchens are open plan and full size. The lounge area leads off the kitchen. All suites have their own private balcony with outdoor furniture. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are en-suite. Some of the suites have a bathtub on one bathroom as well as shower.
restaurant
There is no restaurant on site. There are full kitchen facilities in the suite for self - catering. The cafes and restaurants of Paihia are all less than five minutes walk from the complex.
exterior
A modern architecturally interesting building with angular lines. A Three storey building, with elevators.
lobby
A small functional lobby for key collection and registration.
general
A fantastic new all suites development in the centre of the Bay of islands main town, Paihia. A great place for famillies or those travelling in small groups. Excellent value especially for those looking for a longer stay. SE1110
