The Hotel is approximately 400 metres from the beach and main wharf. Shops and restaurants are within 300metres. Paihia is the main township of the Bay of islands. the nearest airport is Kerikeri a domestic only airport approximately 30 kms 25 minutes drive from the hotel.

The rooms are simply furnished but clean and tidy. All rooms are en-suite and have a refrigerator, tea/ coffee facilities, TV, and hair dryers. The property is two storeys so there is no elevator.
