The hotel is just a few steps from the East exit of JR Shin-Osaka Station, and a five minutes walk from the Shin-Osaka subway station. It is a very convenient location for access in and around Osaka, and both Kyoto and Kobe are just thirty minutes away by train.

All rooms are small in size and simply decorated, with good facilities including Internet LAN access, free of charge in all rooms. In Twin and Double rooms, the bath facility is relatively spacious as this category hotel and is set in Japanese style where shower and washing space is out of bathtub. Toilet is separate from bath space in these room types.

One restaurant on the ground floor, which serves a hot buffet breakfast and various light lunches.

A modern, 8-storey, white building. There is a small entrance with a sign in blue, facing JR Shin-Osaka station East Exit. The main entrance is the other side of the building.
