The lobby of the hotel is small in size. The front entrance to the hotel is very small with an automatic wooden door. The lobby is designed with modern touch. There is a small check-in counter and a cozy seating area here.

The building is a high-rise 10-storey modern type with beige color, which makes the hotel a little bit hard to distinquish, since the surrounding buildings are in the similar colour tone.

The hotel features western style restaurant with modern decor next to the front lobby.

The rooms of the hotel are medium in size and designed with modern touch. There is the wide table beside window and are fully equipped with all the modern conveniences included an air freshener. Both the rooms and bathrooms are well kept and in exceptional condition.

The hotel is located near Tanimachi 4-Chome Metro Station (on Tanimachi Line and Chuo Line). This area is well known as one of business districts in Osaka and there is Osaka Prefectural Government and Passport Office near the hotel. Osaka Castle is also within the walking distance.
