The hotel is one of the best-located hotel in Osaka. The hotel is attached to the underground shopping arcade of Umeda and Osaka station which makes accessing any part of Osaka very convenient. The Airport Limousine bus runs between Kansai International and Itami airports which makes for ideal access for any traveller.

The rooms of the hotel are medium in size.All rooms have lovely views of the city. The rooms are kept in good condition and simply decorated.

There is buffet style restaurant on the ground floor serving from breakfast to dinner and also serves light meals.

The building is high-rise modern in type with brown color that looks circle.

The lobby of the hotel is small in size. The front entrance to the hotel is very small. The lobby is modern in style with a bright look. There is small check-in counter and seating area here and also Starbucks coffee shop attached to the lobby.
