Medium sized comfortable lobby, very friendly staff.

An older style of building with great views of the river and hills from the back and side rooms. Super swimming pool on the river side.
restaurant
Coffee Shop/Restaurant on the first floor overlooking Nerang River, offering a superb view. A pub - Pink Elephant opens from mid-day to late, offering a live band on Sundays.

Studio rooms are large, modern and generally in a very good condition. Rooms feature a King bed, sofa bed, a kitchenette, a dining table which sits 4 people with sea and river views.
location
In the centre of Surfers Paradise, minutes from Cavill Ave with its bars, restaurants and shops. Main Beach is around a 5 minute walk. Very trendy hotel!
