Located outside the beautiful village of Oia (Ia), this property is built on the top of a cliff, situated in the northern part of the island, above the Caldera, opposite the volcano. The centre of Oia town is around 1km from the hotel, within easy walking distance. Oia is characterised by it's traditional whitewashed houses adorned with blue wooden shutters and doors, it's churches, the neoclassic manors, the cobblestone alleyways, the bright pink splashes of bougainvillea and it's stunning views of the volcanoes and surrounding isles.The airport is 17km away, port 16km, Fira town 10km, Baxedes beach 1.5km and there is a bus stop near the hotel.

Each apartment is comprised of two separate bedrooms, this unit has a loft style level with a bedroom with two large beds and one double bed in a private room. In all the apartments there is a door which separates the 2 spaces. In the lounge area there are two traditional style sofabeds that can be used as singles beds. So each apartment can accommodate two more persons (total 6 persons) upon request. There is a private bathroom with shower. Rooms are built in such a way that they are naturally air conditioned and their environment is constantly cool, although every unit has an air conditioning system installed as well. Facilities include a kitchen with a fridge and the necessary utensils, phone, satellite TV, safe deposit box, internet access and a spacious private veranda or terrace with a magnificent view of the cliffs, the volcano Caldera and the stunning sunset.

The cozy restaurant is decorated in traditional style and serves a buffet breakfast. A bar is located in the pool area overlooking the sea, making it an ideal place for a sunset cocktail.

This is a traditional whitewashed low rise stone building with blue shutters and doors facing the sea with a swimming pool out the front.

The lobby is light and airy with the bar connecting to it overlooking the sea.

This is a great property on the edge of the beautiful village of Oia. Every room boasts the amazing sea and sunset views that visitors come to Oia for. A family run hotel offering great standards and service. (1108/AC)
