The hotel is within walking distance to Central Park, the Museum of Natural History, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Museum of American Folk Art, Children's Museum of Manhattan, and the Riverside Park.

The rooms are large and kept in good condition. They are comfortable with good views overlooking Broadway or Central Park. The standard room includes either two double beds or one king-sized bed, a marble bathroom and fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave, coffeemaker, tea kettle and complimentary coffee and tea.
restaurant
The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a 24-hour coffee shop next door which provides delivery service in place of room service.
exterior
This is a tall red/brown brick building with stepped stories on the upper levels. It is former residential building dating back to the late 30's, so it is traditional in style.
lobby
The small lobby is stylish with a black and white tiled floor incorporating a small seating area.
general
