Spread out over several acres and consisting of 90 lodge rooms, the hotel is built from brick and wood and maintains an attractive classic lodge look. Many of the lodges have thatched roofs.

This large restaurant with tiled floor and boma style thatched roof offers an excellent range of South African cuisine as well as international food. There is an extensive wine list.
