The hotel is located in Anse Vata Beach - a popular area of Noumea, adjacent to the Nouvata Park Hotel. It is 5kms from the city centre and 50kms from Tontouta International Airport. Anse Vata Bay offers a sandy beach, with boutiques, restaurants/bars and nightclubs in the area.

Budget accommodation. Rooms are clean but would benefit from renovation. This hotel is part of the Nouvata Park Hotel. Rooms are 25 square metres in size, facing the pool side. All rooms are air conditioned and have TV with French, English and Japanese channels, IDD telephone and dual port for internet connection. They also have refrigerator, microwave oven and crockery. Bathrooms have a shower, single basin; and hair dryer is available on request from the Reception. The rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. Safes are located in the lobby.
