The exterior is extremely modern with a mixture of steel and glass in a distinctive shape of two towers.

The lobby is rather distinctive and modern, completely decorated in white marble with a huge plasma screen facing the main entrance screening programmes.There is some white seating infront of the screen and the reception is along one wall.

It is a 20-minute car ride from JR Nagoya Station, a 10-minute car drive from JR Kanayama Station and 1 hour car drive from Nagoya Centrair airport. From Airport, take the Meitetsu Train to Nagoya and then get off at Kanayama Station or Nagoya Station, afterwards, transfer to hotel by public transportation.
