locationClose to the centre of Nelson city. Nelson is located at the upper end of the South island. Officially it has the longest sunshine hours of any city in New Zealand. A gateway to the world famous Abel Tasman national park.
generalThis is a good quality motor lodge or motel. Close to the city centre and popular with domestic travellers and international guests. There is an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area, plus a private spa pool. A good choice for individual and small groups touring the south island. SE0908

exteriorA low rise two storey complex in a traditional motel style. Most of the ground floor units have car parking directly outside.
restaurantThe restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. Most dishes make use of local ingredients. There is also a bar which provides more casual dining options.
roomsThe two bedroom units are medium in size and the bedding configuration is typically one queen size bed and two single beds in a separate bedroom. The lounge is of medium size and includes a double sofa bed. The bathroom is in good condition and of medium size with most having shower over bath. The overall condition of the rooms is good.
