Rooms are located in a low level building of two storeys. Rooms are basic but spacious in layout. All rooms have direct dial telephone, Sky TV, tea/coffee facilities and iron/ironing boards.

In the Nelson suburb Tahunanui approximately 5 kms from the domestic airport, and only 200 metres from the Tahunanui beach.
