The lobby is large and very airy with lots of natural light. As guests enter the building, the reception area is on the left.

This is a tall, traditional building. The facade has been repainted in pastel coloures. There are some wrought iron balconies.
restaurant
The spacious breakfast room is on the ground floor opposite the reception desk.
rooms
The rooms are of a medium size. Rooms and bathrooms have been refurbished in a contemporary style. Some bathrooms are small. Both rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition.
location
The hotel is located in the heart of Nice, 50m from Promenade des Anglais, the casino and the pedestrian street of Massena. This hotel is in a prime location.
