This hotel is located near JR Nagano Station, the terminus of the bullet train (Nagano Shinkansen) running from Tokyo in 80 minutes. It takes only a five minutes walk from the Zenkoji exit of Nagano station via Nagano main street and is located next to the railway. There are some restaurants and shops around this area.

All rooms are medium in size, light, bright and equipped with internet access (LAN access is available in some rooms) and soundproof windows. The CNN TV channel is available. The bathroom are small but in good condition.

There is a Japanese restaurant serving buffet breakfast on the top floor where guests can enjoy the mountain views. There are some other restaurants within walking distance where guests can enjoy Japanese and western cuisines.

It is a modern, 12-storey white building.

It is small in size with a high ceiling and large windows. There is plenty of seating in front of the reception desk.
