generalThis is a beautiful property enjoying excellent views and spacious grounds. Very high standards of furnishings. Excellent on site facilities and only a short walk or flat bicycle ride (available to hire) to the surrounding vineyards and centre of Martinborough. Definitely a place to stay for two or more nights. SE0508
lobbyA small check in area in the main pavilion building.
exteriorThe property is laid out like a small village. The main pavilion building provides a communal lounge and bar area and this adjoins the tennis courts and swimming pool. The accommodation is designed as stand alone buildings throughout the estate. Some building are studio suites others are cottages.
restaurantA full breakfast is included in the room price. The property does not offer lunch or dinner service. There are a number of excellent restaurants and cafes in the centre of Martinborough.
roomsThe Rural suites have their own entrance in a stand alone building. Each has a separate lounge area, gas fire, dining area and full kitchen, in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathrooms have spa bath and separate walk in shower as well as under floor heating. The lounge has a TV with cable channels, DVD player and music system. There is a range of regional wines in the room at additional charge.
locationSet among the boutique vineyards of the Waiarapa on the outskirts of the town of Martinborough. It is approximately one and quarter hours drive from Wellington in the North Island.
