The hotel has an excellent central location close to the Moscow river. The nearest station is Paveletskaya, which is served by the airport express trains arriving from Domodedovo airport in the south of the city. Close proximity to the underground offers easy access to the rest of Moscow. Major sights such as Red Square are only a few stops away. The hotel is located in a business district with a number of international business districts located nearby.

The rooms are modern and of a reasonable size. Much use is made of light wood and pastel shades. As the hotel has Swedish owners there are a number of Scandinavian touches throughout. The room rate also includes complimentary wifi and mini bar.

The restaurant is on the ground floor close to the lobby and follows the contemporary style of the rest of the property.
