restaurantThere are two main restaurants, one serving buffet style meals and the other a'la carte fine dining. There is a cafe style restaurant open for lunches and a bar for a range of refreshments throughout the day and evening.
roomsThe 10 rooms on the top floor of the Premium wing (formerly known as the Aoraki wing) all have fantastic views of Mt cook with large panoramic windows. Bedding configuration is available as 1 King size bed or twin queen size beds with a maximum of 4 people per room. These rooms all have air conditioning , in room safes and binoculars. Other room amenities include; Bathrobes, an extensive range of complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities, direct dial phones, hair dryers, mini bar, and satellite tv channels.
locationWorld renowned Hermitage hotel in the Mount Cook national park is the only hotel in this area. Located at the foot of New Zealand's highest mountain - Mount Cook has some of the best walks in the world usually from late October to late March. However for the more adventurous the low season has its own attraction with less people. The National park, is approximately 330km south of Christchurch and 280 kms north of Queenstown.
