Millennium is a Serviced Residences(Apartment +Hotel) located at Makati Avenue corner Eduque Street, easily accessible to Makati City's business, shopping and financial districts. It is 8 km or around 30 to 45 minutes drive from the International Airport.

Deluxe Rooms are recently-refurbished, 32-43 sqm in size, brightly-decorated, with some offering good views of the city, and feature new bed furnishings. All rooms have air-conditioning with individual controls, cable TV, hot/cold water shower & bath, kitchenette, mini-bar, NDD/IDD, hair dryer and in-room safety box.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. Daily set breakfast is served in the function room.

This is a 26-storey modern building, whose entrance is located at the side off Makati Avenue.

The lobby is small with sparse furnishings but exudes a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
