The hotel is located near JR Matsumoto station, only 3 minutes walk from East Exit. It takes approximately 3 hours from Tokyo, 2 hours from Nagoya and 45 minutes from Nagano by rapid train.

All rooms are small with modern decor, with wooden furnitures in brown including a large writing desk. All are equipped with a liquid-crystal flat display television (local language program only), Internet access, air-cleaner, hair-dryer, tea set and refrigerator (empty). Bathrooms are small and kept in good condition.
