The hotel is located by Gustav Adolfs Square in the heart of Malmo and only 500 metres from the Central Station. Enjoying this great location means all the sights, shopping, dining and entertainment of Malmo is only steps or a short stroll away. The square is reknown for its outdoor market with varying themes from fruit and veg to Christmas markets, and the side of the square where the hotel is located has always been considered the more "exclusive" side where the buildings were designed to resemble a Riviera style and hence is often referred to locally as the "Little Riviera" of Malmo.
