Only minutes from St Kilda Road Business District, the hotel is only a short tram ride away from Central Melbourne (4 kms) and the same distance (to the south) to trendy St.Kilda Beach. Chapel Street, trendy boutiques and great cafes are only a short cab ride away. Melbourne's Tullamarine airport is approximately 25 kms.

Premier rooms are large and are located on higher floors with either views over Albert Park Golf course or the pool area. They are in a very good condition with floor to ceiling windows and include a small sitting area with a lounge chair. Facilities include TV, in-house movies, mini-bar, tea/coffee maker and hair dryer.
