The hotel is located in Ruwi, the commercial and banking area of Muscat. Shopping areas are within walking distance. Seeb International Airport is about a 20 minutes drive from the hotel.
rooms
The medium sized rooms are in good condition with air conditioning, telephone, television, minibar and 24 hours room service.Although they are not luxuriuous, they are well appointed and comfortable.
restaurant
There are two restaurants, the coffee shop serving international cuisine, the Al Fakhr restaurant serving Arabic cuisine. Both are spacious and serve a high standard of food.
exterior
The traditional grey building is next to one of the main roads through the commercial and banking area of the city. There is a driveway (slope) leading up to the lobby which is on the first floor. The building is a typical Muscat style building.
lobby
The lobby is medium sized, with a coffee shop to the left and the reception right after the entrance.There is a number of seats located around the lobby for relaxing.
general
Other facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and squash courts. This is a very good value, pleasant hotel with excellent links to all of Muscat. (SD 07/08)
