generalThe hotel's health and sports club is one of the best in the Middle East and it includes facilities such as 2 separate and fully equipped gymnasiums for ladies and gentlemen, including a jacuzzi, sauna and a steam room, 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 squash court, 1 tennis court, a massage parlour (separate for ladies and gents) and qualified sports instructors. Overall this is a pleasant hotel with a central but quiet location. (SD 07.08)
lobbyThe lobby is large in size with marble flooring. There is an area of seating and the large reception desk stands in the centre, in front of the entrance.
exteriorThis is a white, modern, high-rise building, fitting with the bright surroundings of Muscat.
restaurantThe hotel has several outlets which include a coffee shop serving international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well a hotel pub.
roomsAll the rooms are well furnished and equipped with international direct dial telephone, central air conditioning, television with Asian/Arab/European satellite transmission, mini bar, attached bathroom with bath tub/shower. All rooms are in good condition, despite the fact they are relatively basic. All rooms are medium in size as are the bathrooms.
locationThe hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city with easy access to both the business area as well as the tourist attractions. The centre of Ruwi is just a 5 kms drive.
