This is excellent budget type accommodation offering superb value for money. Whilst basic, it is ideal for single travellers or groups who want to stay in single rooms. IF A TWIN / TRIPLE ROOM IS REQUIRED, PLEASE JUST BOOK 2 / 3 SINGLE ROOMS (WHICH WILL BE PLACED NEAR EACH OTHER) AS THEY ARE ALL CHARGED AT THE SAME PRICE***THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN*** (GW 10/2008)

The lobby is medium-sized with tables and chairs with wireless Internet access available on the ground floor. Reception is located in the lobby area, guests will need to enter the hotel through the main entrance of the Weston building to check in at reception. There is internal access to Weston hall.

It is a modern red brick building situated on the corner of Sackville Street.
restaurant
Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Weston Building which has internal access. It opens for breakfast from 7am - 10.30am, for lunch 12.30pm - 2pm and for dinner 6.30pm - 9.30pm. It does not open for lunch at the weekends. A full a la carte menu is available. This price EXCLUDES breakfast and is a ROOM ONLY rate.

Single en suite bedrooms with a shower only. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room as well as towels and toiletries (soap and shampoo). A TV is available in the lounge which is shared by the other seven rooms in the flat. As there are only single rooms: IF A TWIN ROOM IS REQUIRED, you must revert and book 2 single rooms which is charged at the same price per room). Located in the city centre of Manchester at the bottom of Sackville Street in the middle of Sackville Street campus, University of Manchester. It is only a five-minute walk to Piccadilly train station and ten minutes away from the main shopping area with easy access to the nightlife. It also has easy driving access from the A57M.
