generalThe Intercontinental is an excellent hotel in a quiet suburban part of Lusaka. The hotel offers a wide variety of facilities such as a fully equipped fitness center with sauna and outdoor pool, tennis court, bar and a choice of restaurants, conference facilities, business center, concierge service, a florist, gift shop and an executive floor with executive lounge.
lobbyOpen plan, modern and stylish, the lobby has a wide wood reception desk dominated by a huge African sculpture behind the reception desk. There is plenty of seating for guests as well as a helpful concierge desk.

restaurantThe Intercontinental has the Savannah Grill which offers local and international dishes, including 15 varieties of pizza, steak and seafood grills, vegetarian specialties and the popular Oxtail. The themed buffet changes daily to offer Indian, Tex-Mex and other culinary delights. Alternatively guests can dine at the Olive Grove restaurant which is the hotel's fine dining option, the Mediterranean-style dining room is quiet, the service is good and the food is superb.
