Sundial Court is conveniently located in the heart of the city of London just a few minutes' walk from Barbican, Moorgate and St Paul's underground stations. There are restaurants, cafes, public houses and shops nearby. The property is located just a short bus or underground ride away from all the major tourist attractions.

The reception area is small and functional. All guests have to report to reception on arrival to check-in and collect the keys. Access to the apartments and bedrooms can be either through the reception area or directly via the nice courtyard. Note that the courtyard gates are closed every day at 8:00 p.m. for security reasons.

The building is part of the historic "Brewery", founded by Samuel Whitbread in 1750. It's a restored period brick building with a quiet courtyard in keeping with the surrounding buildings.

The building is the Halls of Residence for the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, one of the world's premier music and drama conservatories. All bedrooms are single study rooms which are thoroughly cleaned prior to letting in the summer. Rooms are on average small and feature a hand wash basin, desk and a wardrobe. PLEASE NOTE: BATHROOMS, SHOWERS, TOILETS, AND KITCHENS ARE SHARED on a ratio of 3 to 5 persons and are located on each corridor. Each apartment shares the kitchen/dinning room facility equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, and microwave.
