The hotel has a large marbled 'T'-shaped lobby with ample seating and shops adjoining. It was recently rebuilt and is very bright and airy with marble floors and deep pile carpets.
exterior
It is an 18-storey, modern American-style hotel with a large drop-off area.
restaurant
The are two restaurants in the hotel. One offers very high quality and typical Thai cuisine, while the other is a more contemporary restaurant offering modern British cuisine with a twist. Both enjoy super views over Hyde Park.
rooms
The superior rooms are all in exceptional condition and are medium-sized. They feature comfortable furniture in American oak and a mini bar, desk with universal power sockets, internet access and direct dial telephone with voicemail in nine languages. The marbled bathrooms benefit from power showers and include complimentary Gilchrist and Soames toiletries. Park view rooms offer excellent views over Hyde Park, directly opposite and beyond.
