The large lobby is tiled with polished tiles, it features a long wooden reception desk and along the window front is a comfortable seating area which also features a white grand piano. The lobby is decorated in a modern style with a warm colour scheme.

The hotel is a large modern grey building.

The hotel has two restaurants, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor, both are very tastefully furnished and decorated. The roof restaurant offers beautiful views and a dance area with a grand piano.

All the rooms are spacious and well furnished with views over Kensington High Street and also to Kensington Palace Mews and Gardens. Rooms are equipped with CD and DVD players, minibar, interactive TV, video on demand, computer games and jukebox! Bathrooms are furnished and maintained to the same high standard of the bedroom.

The hotel is located in fashionable Kensington, next to Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the Kensington High Street underground station is just a few minutes on foot.
